Policy: |

| You may return most new,
unopened items sold and fulfilled by Larson Guitar within 7 days of delivery
for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is
a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You will be notified by e-mail of out-of-stock items and you will be given
an estimated delivery date with the option of canceling your order.
There is no return on our PDF files. |

| Most items will be shipped
on the next business day following each online order. Payment received
through check or mail, will ship after the payment is received.
Out-of-stock items will be backordered and shipped as soon as they are
received. All electronic files (PDF) purchased online will be e-mailed
as soon as possible. Please allow up to 1 business day for me to check my
e-mail for orders. |
